Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
Resort Fee: $21.95 + tax per day.
Children's Policy: Children 17 and under stay free, in same room with parents when no additional bedding is required.
Rollaways: Upon request for an additional fee of $15, as available
Deposit: Room deposits not required unless specified by a particular rate.
Internet Access: Free Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms.
Guarantee: Credit card guarantee required on all reservations.
Microwave: Guest microwave available in the main lobby
Refrigerators: Available in all guest rooms.
Guest Room Reservation Limit: Hotel policy allows only up to three (3) rooms reserved under one credit card guarantee and same name.
Group Policy: Ten (10) or more rooms booked by the same individual or company are considered a Group and need be booked through our Group Sales Department by calling 407-351-2420.
Parking: included in resort fee.
Smoking and Vaping Policy: We strictly enforce a no-smoking or vaping policy throughout all designated hotel guest rooms and indoor public spaces. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping is found in a guest room.
Pet Policy: Limit of one pet per room. Pet must be less than 60 pounds. Guest to pay a one time non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay. As a pet friendly Orlando resort, we also welcome ADA-defined service animals. We are happy to provide you with a list of boarding facilities to accommodate all other furry friends.
Airport Transportation: A member of our guest services team will gladly assist in recommending transportation options that fit your budget and needs.
Cancellation Policy: A reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax charge.
