Services include shuttle service to SeaWorld and Universal Orlando, two (2) one-day I-RIDE Trolley passes to explore International Drive (see route map) per stay, exclusive partner discounts available only to resort guests - featuring ICON Orlando ride tickets, on-site attraction ticket counter, and more!
We also offer shuttle service to the Walt Disney World Resort for $16 per person. Advanced reservations are required and must be made at least 1 hour prior to the departure time.

Hotel policy allows only up to three (3) rooms reserved under one credit card guarantee and same name.
Ten (10) or more rooms booked by the same individual or company are considered a Group and need be booked through our Group Sales Department by calling 407-351-2420.
We strictly enforce a no-smoking or vaping policy throughout all designated hotel guest rooms and indoor public spaces. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping is found in a guest room.
Limit of one pet per room. Pet must be less than 60 pounds. Guest to pay a one time non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay. As a pet-friendly Orlando resort, we also welcome ADA-defined service animals. We are happy to provide you with a list of boarding facilities to accommodate all other furry friends.
A reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax charge.
